$2000 Minimum Legal Services Fee; time spent over 13 hours and 40 minutes is charged at the rate of $150 per hour, billable in one minute increments.
Immigrant visas are applications to US consulates abroad to allow a person to enter the United States permanently, as a legal permanent resident. This fee may be adjusted upwards due to complicating factors in a client’s case. I may also be retained, at extra cost, to be present at the nonimmigrant visa applicant’s interview at a US consulate abroad, although this may not be an option much of the time because many US consulates do not allow attorneys to attend visa interviews. If I spend less than 13 hours and 40 minutes on your case, I will credit the remaining time towards preparing you for your visa interview.
