Citizenship Petition (Form N-400)
Minimum $2000 Flat Legal Services Fee; if time spent exceeds 13 hours and 40 minutes, I charge an hourly rate of $150 per hour, billable by the minute.
Persons who have been legal permanent residents for 3 to 5 years may apply for United States Citizenship. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for Citizenship. We fill out the Form N-400. I prepare the supporting documents. We discuss any and all issues that may influence your citizenship application, such as health problems, criminal history, immigration history, and financial history. Note that this fee doesn’t include an escrow deposit for postage fees. This service includes up to six months of monthly inquiry letters once the expected approval date has already passed. Residency Applicants always have to go to an interview at with a USCIS Office. My representation concludes upon the filing of the N-400 petition. If I spend less than 13 hours and 40 minutes on the preparation and filing of the N-400, I credit remaining time towards helping you prepare for your citizenship interview.
