$2000 Flat Fee. if time spent exceeds 13 hours and 40 minutes, I charge an hourly rate of $150 per hour, billable by the minute.
Persons with certain kinds of approved immigration benefits petitions may apply for permanent residency in the United States by filing Form I-485 with USCIS. We have a preliminary consultation to see if you are eligible for residency. We fill out the Form I-485. I prepare the supporting documents. We discuss any and all issues that may influence your residency application, such as health problems, criminal history, immigration history, and financial history. Note that this fee doesn’t include an escrow deposit for postage fees. This service includes up to six months of monthly inquiry letters once the expected approval date has already passed. Residency Applicants almost always have to go to an interview at the USCIS Section 245 Office.
